User Flows

Building on the Information Architecture, I created a series of detailed user flows to map out how users would interact with key features of the Saturn app.

 

These flows were designed to reflect real-world financial tasks, such as onboarding, syncing financial accounts, tracking expenses, managing subscriptions, and addressing over-budget alerts. Both user research and behavioral insights were taken into consideration during their development.

Each user flow focused on reducing friction, supporting task clarity, and guiding users toward confident financial decision-making. I prioritized clear entry points, logical progressions, and intuitive next steps, ensuring that every interaction felt purposeful and stress-free.

By aligning each flow with our research-backed IA and MVP priorities, the final experience supports users from first-time setup to daily budgeting habits, while offering helpful nudges, visibility, and emotional reassurance throughout.
